Momentum is a habit app at momentum.zaeralabs.com and in the Momentum Android app, provided by Zaera Labs LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about privacy, or any of the requests in section 10: support@zaeralabs.com.
Your plans, check-ins, notes, settings and any measurements you log are stored only on your device (in your browser's storage). We don't receive them.
The one exception: if the app crashes, it sends us a short error report (see section 6). It contains no account details and none of your data.
When you sign in, we store:
We don't collect your name, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Subscriptions are bought and paid through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details. To know whether your account has Pro, we keep Google Play's record of your purchase: the product, its status, renewal or end date, the purchase token Google uses to identify it, whether it was a test purchase, and the details Google returns about it (such as the country of purchase). Google Play also keeps its own records under Google's privacy policy.
If you turn on reminders while signed in, we store your browser's or phone's push subscription (an address only our server can use to send you a notification), your reminder time and your time zone, so the reminder arrives even when the app is closed. Turning reminders off or signing out removes it.
When the app runs into an error, it sends us a short report so we can fix it: the error message, where in the app's code it happened, the app version, the screen you were on, and your browser and device type. Email addresses and sign-in information are removed on your device before anything is sent. Reports contain no account details and none of your habit data.
We only send emails you ask for: sign-in codes and links, and password-reset links. No newsletters or marketing.
Momentum has no analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising, and sets no cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only to keep your Momentum data and, if you're signed in, your session.
We don't sell, rent or share your data. These providers process it only to run the app for us:

Wherever you live, you can:
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel that in Google Play.
Account data, your backup, reminder settings and subscription records are kept while your account exists and deleted with it. Error reports contain no personal data and are kept only as long as they help us fix problems. Data that never left your device is in your control: clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes it.
Momentum is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
